Mark has worked in the digital space for over 12 years leading digital teams in FTSE 30 companies (inc British Gas, The AA.com, Centrica plc, DENA). With extensive online experience in both the UK and North America at Executive level, Mark has also been instrumental in establishing and building digital agencies and online start ups. Fusing creativity and a results focused approach, Mark provides UiDIGITAL’s Clients with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in digital marketingand web development with a total focus on delivery.

Jane has worked within the Internet marketing arena for over nine years. She began at NTL Telewest responsible for interactive TV channel development and went on to work for both the AA and RAC driving online sales and eMarketing activities. Having worked for one of the largest TV film distributors in Canada responsible for marketing their 13 websites, most recently Jane worked at Yell.com responsible for Agency Sales and Relationships. At UiDIGITAL Jane brings this wealth of interactive experience to our Clients helping them plan, execute and measure online campaigns.

Igor has worked in web and graphic design for over 10 years. Fusing his background in marketing with his web design and more recently and web development skills, Igor provides UiDIGITAL clients with a unique blend of creative flair and commercial know how. Igor specialises in the creation of high end user interface design and branding. He has had several designs reviewed at prominent web-design showcase websites illustrating industry and peer recognition of his innovative and unique work.”

Alan has worked in the web space since 1995. During this time, Alan has established himself as an expert on web analytic, search engine optimization and search engine marketing. He has worked on projects across North America, Australia, Switzerland and the UK. He is an internationally published columnist, extensively interviewed by the media and a regular at conferences like SMX. Alan and his company K'nechtology Inc. have joined with us in a strategic alliance to provide UiDITIAL's Clients with a wealth of search engine optimization and e-marketing experience.

Melissa has over 15 years experience in marketing and business development. She started her career in PR working for a global IT firm before joining a consumer products firm as a marketing specialist in market development and NPD. She then left to develop her career in professional services, setting up and running marketing departments for a global investment bank, the UK’s largest IP attorneys and a leading law firm. Her last in-house position was as Marketing Director for a top 50 accountancy practice. Melissa now runs her own consultancy, helping firms develop commercial marketing and business development strategies and assisting them with the practical implementation of integrated campaigns.

Nikola is passionate for code and technical aspects of the web. He has a 'pure maths' background and has worked as a designer and developer for over 10 years. As can be seen in his working ethos, his life motto is: 'When I stand before God at the end of my life, I would hope that I would not have a single bit of talent left' , and could say, "I used everything you gave me!"

Lucy is Head of Search and PPC across Google, Bing, Yahoo and other SE's.  Lucy has worked in online marketing since 2002  and with UIDIGITAL helps businesses of all sizes grow through search engine optimisation (SEO) and pay per click (PPC). She has worked across a range of highly competitive sectors including, Insurance, Finance, Manufacturing, Retail, Business Services and Entertainment delivering real results.

Lucy has been a Google AdWords Qualified Individual since 2005 and has completed additional training in Google Analytics enabling her to deliver high return Google SEO and Google PPC campaigns.
